Refund Policy for [Pooch Patrol de la Tierra]

At [Pooch Patrol de la Tierra], we're committed to providing excellent pet waste removal services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with a service we've performed, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will discuss the issue with you and, at our discretion, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  1. Re-service: We will return to your property and re-service the area at no additional charge. This is our preferred solution to ensure your property meets our cleanliness standards.
  2. Partial Credit: A partial credit may be applied to your next service.
  3. Partial Refund: A partial refund for the affected service may be issued.

When Refunds are Typically Issued

Refunds are generally considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Cancellation (Before Service): If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund for that specific service if you've pre-paid.
  • Failed Service Due to Our Error: If we are unable to perform a scheduled service due to an error on our part (e.g., missed appointment, equipment malfunction), you will receive a full refund for that service.
  • Pre-Paid Services Not Rendered: If you have pre-paid for a block of services (e.g., monthly package) and decide to cancel future services, we will refund the pro-rated amount for any uncompleted services, less any applicable discounts given for purchasing a package.

When Refunds May Not Be Issued

Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:

  • Access Issues: If we are unable to access your property due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions not communicated to us in advance. In such cases, the service will still be charged, as our technicians have traveled to your location. Please ensure clear access on your service day.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel a service with less than 24 hours notice, or if our technician arrives and cannot perform the service because you did not provide access.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee Not Utilized: If you do not contact us within 24 hours of a service you were dissatisfied with.
  • Post-Service Pet Activity: Our service addresses waste present at the time of our visit. We cannot refund for new waste generated by your pet(s) after our service is complete.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the service (e.g., credit card).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
